How to Use Note Templates

  • Login to your account

  • Click Workspaces on your top menu:

  • Select the info card you’d like to create a note in (or create a new Info Card altogether). Once you have the Info Card open, select New Note:

  • You will then be able to select your preferred template:

  • Once you select your template, your note will populate various sections to more easily keep track of your customer’s information. See the example for the Customer Handoff template:

You’re also able to locate info cards and note templates from the Dashboard. Here’s how:

  • Login to to view your Customers Dashboard

  • Scroll all the way to the right and click on the > arrow for more insights/details on that specific customer

  • Click Info Cards. In this area, you’ll see Info Cards already created for this customer and be able to search for them as well. Once you find the info card you’d like to add a note to, be sure to select it:

  • Once you click the card name, you will then be able to add a New Note and select from the available templates.

Available Templates

  1. Customer Handoff Template

  2. Meeting Agenda Template

  3. Quarterly Business Review Template

All available templates will have their own headers to help keep your notes clear and easy to reference back on (for yourself and your teammates). Headers will vary based on the template you select and each template will also have bulleted sections so you can hit the ground running.
