How to Use Workspace Templates

  • Login to your involve.ai account

  • Click Workspaces on your top menu:

  • On the left side of your workspace, select your workspace name and click Add New… at the end

  • You’ll then be able to name your new workspace, add a description and select from the six available templates

  • Once you select a template and click NEXT, your new workspace will populate with columns and info cards unique to that template.

Each template will have their own unique set of columns and info cards to help you get started with your organization and tasks. A quick overview of what each template has to offer and how you’ll be able to use them:


Customer Onboarding

The Customer Onboarding template will help you stay on top of your customer onboarding process by breaking your tasks up within five columns. You’ll be able to track your kick off calls, check-ins and completed tasks easily by using this template.


Customer QBR/EBR

Your QBR/EBR template will help you stay on top of your reviews, before, during and after. This template comes with a variety of info cards that will help you get organized so you can strongly showcase your progress.


Welcome Board

The Welcome Board template is full of great tips and tricks on how to best use Workspaces. This is the best template to start with, when you don’t know where to start.


Growth vs. Churn Risk Customers

Using the Growth vs. Churn Risk Customers template will help get you started with your customer prioritization so that you’re able to kickstart an action plan for customer growth and retention.


Renewals & Referrals

The Renewals & Referrals template will help you and your team stay on top of your renewal pipeline and communicate throughout the entire process.


My Task Management

Lastly, the My Task Management template will set you up with a personal workspace for you to easily track your to do list, ongoing projects and reference completed tasks.
