Reset or Change your involve.ai Password
You must have an existing account on Involve.ai in order to change or reset your password. If you do not have an account, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
How to Change or Reset Your Password
Navigate to the involve.ai platform
Click on Forgot Password link under the Password field box.
Type in the email address associated with your involve.ai account.
On the next window, you will be prompted for a six-digit code that was sent to the email address associated with the account. Refer to that email.
Copy or type the six digits from your email into the Verification Code box.
Upon verification, you will enter and re-enter a new password. These fields must match.
After successfully creating the new password, you will be prompted to log in using the new password and the email address associated with the account.
